Who will own the Rights to my book?
You own the rights to your book! You may want to consider taking advantage of an Add-on service option by which you permit IndyPublish an exclusive license to publish and market your book for three years in return for a discount of $50.00 off the cost of publishing your book. This discount offer is not available for those choosing the FREE publishing package.

Does IndyPublish require publishing exclusivity?
It is your book and you are in control. While producing your book with IndyPublish' s publishing services you may also publish or print your book elsewhere, with as many publishers, agents, and other firms as you like. The IndyPublish Publishing Agreement is non-exclusive; however, in return for granting IndyPublish three-year exclusivity you will receive a $50 discount off the cost you pay for publishing your book.

What are the terms of the IndyPublish publishing agreement for new manuscripts?
The agreement is structured to provide a great way for you to publish your book. That is the whole purpose. If it does not do that to the satisfaction of both parties, then it is easy for both sides to seek alternatives. We want you to be pleased and feel comfortable with this experience. You may choose to cease publication at any time, for any reason unless the rights on the book have been transferred to IndyPublish. We also retain the right to stop publishing your work at any time. If IndyPublish chooses to cease publication of your work, we will refund your publication fees. Charges for word processing services and other additional pre-publication services will not be refunded.

Can I discontinue my book at any time? Are there any fees?
There are no fees to discontinue the IndyPublish edition of your book and you may do so at any time.
