I. Header/Footers
The running heads in your book can be placed at either the top or bottom of the page, and the actual arrangement can be in the center, inside, or outside of the page.

II. Page Numbers
As with the headers and footers, the options for the placement of your page numbers are top or bottom, center, inside, or outside. Here are two examples, one of top outside page numbers, and one with bottom center page numbers, but all four are available.

III. Chapter Starts
A great way to demonstrate the individual appearance of your book is with chapter starts. You can pick from several different styles to acquire the style that you want.

IV. Paragraph Indentations for Chapter Starts
You also have a choice concerning the indentation of the first paragraph of each chapter:
One Tab Indent, Double Indent or No Indentation at all.
